Check-In
The Guest Accommodations Office hours are Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 4:00pm (closed statutory holidays). Accommodation check-in is at the Housing and Residence Life Office located in Neyoh (closest Residence building to campus), ground floor.  (See Campus Map.) If you are arriving outside of our office hours, please use the courtesy phone located in the lobby of Neyoh upon your arrival.  This is a direct line to our Guest Services Representative who will meet you and check you in to the Residences.

Accommodations
Fully furnished self contained 4 bedroom suites with living room, kitchen and bathroom.

Bedrooms furnished with super single beds, computer desk and chair.  Living rooms furnished with couch, coffee table, dining table and 4 chairs.  Kitchen equipped with full size fridge and stove.

Laundry Facilities, Pay Phones and Vending Machines
Coin operated washers and dryers, pay phones and vending machines are located on each floor of the Residence buildings. Laundry detergent and softener are not provided.

Telephones
Payphones are available on each floor.  The telephone located on the outside wall of the kitchen in each suite is an enter phone to allow access to the building from the lobby.

Noise
A level of comfortable living noise will be maintained within Residences 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  Quiet hours seven days a week:  11:00 pm to 8:00 am.  These hours will be enforced by the Guest Services Representatives.

Pets
Animals are not permitted in the Residences.

Smoking
Both Residences are smoke free environments.  Smoking is permitted outdoors in designated areas only.

On-Campus Food Service Outlets
Please note that there are no restaurants or grocery stores within walking distance of the UNBC campus.  Summer operating hours for the main cafeteria (see campus map) are limited.  Continental breakfast service will be provided to delegates (July 7-9), and is included in the conference registration fee, along with lunches and refreshment breaks on those days.  A full hot breakfast will be provided on July 10th for field trip participants, and is included in the field trip fee.  Delegates will need to make their own dinner arrangements for July 7 and 8.

Off-Campus Accommodation

A block of 30 rooms has been reserved for CSSS delegates at the Coast Inn of the North  in downtown Prince George.

You must contact the Coast Inn directly by June 5, 2008, to make your reservation:

Two room types are available:
Superior Rooms at $114.00 per night (Queen and King beds)
Comfort Rooms at $99.00 per night (Double beds).

For those delegates staying at the Coast Inn, approximately 8 km from UNBC, a limited morning and evening shuttle service will be provided to and from the campus. Details will follow.
